What is missing is the careful work of fitting them to a real workflow, measuring whether they actually help, and supporting them once they are live. That is the work we do.
Our mission
To help teams adopt AI in ways that are honest, measurable, and durable. We would rather tell a client that AI is not the right answer than sell a project that will not pay off. When it is the right answer, we build it so it keeps working after we leave.
Our story
Job Chow Recruiting started at the intersection of two things we kept seeing: companies eager to use AI but unsure where to begin, and skilled practitioners looking for meaningful project work. We built a practice that serves both sides — delivering AI projects directly, and connecting clients with the specialists who can carry that work forward.
Today that means two connected things under one roof: a services practice that designs, builds, and evaluates AI systems, and a talent network that staffs AI projects with vetted engineers, researchers, and domain experts.
